Est. 1950 which makes this spot one of the oldest and most famous spot serving souvlaki in Athens. Almost every time there’s queue outside with 40’ of waiting, but it’s still worthy. Delicious and solid portion. 3.5 for portion

we went there twice in 3 days. we waited around half an hour both days but it was worth it. the pita is so good, soft and warm and the beef was so juicy and tasty. definitely worth a try!

I have seen this place all over the Internet and people complaining about the queus. I went Monday morning and there was absolutely no queue at all so I recommend you to go there. The bread is very good and the meat the beef and the pork it’s very tasty. I might be speaking Out of place here because I’m not Greek however I would have enjoyed more actual tzaziki than just plain yogurt although the yoghurt is amazing and super thick I am aware that this is not gyros so they actually don’t sell gyros. The prices are ridiculous probably less than a McDonald’s burger hundred percent recommend to come. I wrote this review with dictation please don’t mind the typos.

Souvlaki Kostas is a great place to enjoy souvlaki in Athens! The meat is delicious, the pita is warm, and everything is super fresh. It’s a small, cozy spot, but since it’s very popular, you might have to wait in line. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is quick. Their closing time can be a bit unpredictable, and sometimes they close early, so it’s best not to go too late. If you want to experience authentic souvlaki in Athens, this place is a must-visit

The best Suvlaki in Athens indeed. Juicy, tender, sweet tomatoes, and a zesty sauce.There was a long que and waited almost 50 minutes, it was definitely worth the wait.

The place was so busy with a line all the way down the block, but the staff were very kind and did a great job taking care of everyone. Just be ready to be in line for a little while. You can also order for delivery because a few delivery guys showed up on scooters to pick up orders and take off. Their food is so great, especially for the price. Go as early as you can if you want beef, it sold out as I was waiting in line. The kitchen was clean. It's just so tiny inside. I will definitely be back any time I'm in Athens!

First is first this is the place to have souvlaki! The taste of meat and the combination of the add-ons gives you the perfect formula for the best taste in town. In our stay in Athens, we tried various souvlakis and to be honest, we even went to small venue by the same name. It took us one day to get a grip of our self and to find the correct right place so lucky cost us in this address is the best you can have in Athens.. the atmosphere is just fancy the chef the lady at the counter are just class!!
